- During our initial consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your needs and vision for the space you want to enhance in the comfort of your home.
- We’ll ask you questions to guide you along the way.
- We will document every detail, measure the space with precision, and capture photos for reference.
- Following our 1-hour consultation, we’ll provide you with a preliminary estimate based on your input, measurements, and photos.
- The consultation fee is $250. However, if you choose to move forward with us, this amount will be credited toward your project.
- If you are a referral your consultation is free!

If we don’t hear back from you within a week, we’ll reach out to follow up. If you choose to move forward with the preliminary estimate, simply let us know, and we’ll schedule an in-home consultation with the contractor. During this visit, we’ll review the details discussed, present additional samples, walk through the timeline expectations, and ensure it’s the perfect fit for everyone involved.

Once the commitment contract has been approved
Once your materials are ordered and we’ve received a confirmed delivery date from our vendor, we’ll promptly notify you via email with an update that aligns with the agreed-upon timeline. Additionally, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way by providing another update prior to delivery or the start of your project.
When working on a full-scope project, the build team and I will keep you informed every step of the way. We’ll communicate any unexpected challenges that arise, provide updates on what to expect during your project week, and share insights about the next steps ahead.
